DSS Department of state service was reported to have arrested one Mr Nnamdi Kanu who happens to be the director of Radio Biafra. Other members of the group confirmed the news via a broadcast.
It was reported that Kanu was arrested as he flew into the country from his home in UK, he was picked in Lagos state. Kanu is also said to be the of Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), which is described as “a separatist movement that calls for the independence of Nigeria’s former Eastern Region.
