Joint twins Roaming around in thailand market
At one point, the twins stop, one of them pass a note to a nearby woman, while another is seen giggling and smiling at the person recording them. Then the unusual duo walk back the same way they came.
The twins conjoined at the waist are believed to be seven-year-old girls Pin and Pan from Nakhon Sawan in Thailand. The sisters with two legs and four arms were filmed walking along together at the local market. The Conjoined twins are identical twins joined in utero. A rare phenomenon, the occurrence is estimated to range from 1 in 49,000 births to 1 in 189,000 births, with a somewhat higher incidence in Southeast Asia, Africa and Brazil.
Surgery to separate conjoined twins may range from very easy to very hard, depending on the point of attachment and the internal parts that are shared. Most cases of separation are extremely risky and life-threatening. In many cases, the surgery results in the death of one or both of the twins, particularly if they are joined at the head or share a vital organ.
