Khloe, 31, and Lamar, 35, signed divorce papers in July. However, the two are still legally married since their divorce papers have not yet been signed by the judge. And now that the athlete is on his way to recovery as a result of his emergency situation last week, the two apparently wanted to give their marriage another chance.
TMZ reported that Khloe's lawyer Laura Wasser went before a judge Wednesday morning, October 21, asking a judge to withdraw the papers they both signed to end their marriage. The request was granted by a Los Angeles judge.
Neither Khloe nor Lamar has spoken to the press about calling off their divorce but a source told people that this is a very difficult time for the couples and this is not the actual time to rush into anything.
