A ten year old girl was kidnapped and assaulted sexually by a 34 year old man . According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, Tobias Summer was sentenced to life imprisonment with and additional two hundred and thirty years .

rors found Summers guilty of 32 felony counts including rape of a child, aggravated sexual assault, possession of child pornography, kidnapping and first-degree burglary.

On March 27, 2013, he allegedly chose the victim’s house at random, threatened the young girl with a knife and then repeatedly sexually assaulted her in his car, a drainage tunnel, a storage yard and a vacant house, according to Deputy District Attorney Laura Knight.
